About Kydough
Kyler has been baking since 2012 where he learned how to make sourdough after a friend’s experiment went slightly sour and they ended up eating fried sourdough.
His love of sourdough he acquired from his mother who would make sure Boudin’s was secured as a stop on their yearly family vacations from Chicago to San Francisco. They would proceed to savor every last frozen piece of the loaves they smuggled onto their flights home.
